Bedside Wall Lights

If not fitted individually, bedside wall lights are often installed in pairs adjacent to the headboard at a height that allows the light to travel from a close proximity allowing for a strong output. The further away the wall light is installed the weaker the light level will become. When installing a bedside wall light it is important that the wall light reaches around or misses the headboard, as if the light source is blocked then you will not receive any light, or it may cause shadows. Bedside wall lights are often switched, normally via a rocker or pull switch, to allow you to easily operate the wall light without the need for getting out of bed.
