Delivery
WT Lighting will normally deliver your order within 2-7 working days. Bespoke and made to order products may have a longer lead time. David Hunt products have an approximate lead time of 3-4 weeks however this can vary. Please check each individual product page or contact our sales team for more information.
We offer Free standard delivery on all orders over £70 to UK Mainland. Any order that falls below this will incur a standard carriage charge of £7.00. Non UK Mainland addresses may be subject to an additional carriage charge. Please see below for details.
We also offer a Next Day delivery service to UK Mainland at an additional cost of £10. For your order to be eligible for delivery on the following working day, your order must be placed before 12pm.*
Non UK Mainland delivery:
- Northern Island, Scilly Isles and Isle of Man - £22.00
- Scottish Highlands and Isle of Wight - £14.00
- Channel Islands - £20.00
All orders that are despatched from our Staffordshire showroom will be sent via one of our reliable courier services; DHL, Royal Mail or ParcelForce. On the day of delivery you will receive a notification with a 1 hour time slot that your delivery should take place. Please note, the courier dictates the route and delivery time slots so we are unable to arrange specific times. If you require an AM delivery, this can be organised at an additional cost. For this service to be available, order must be placed by 12pm.
To ensure you receive your order in the quickest way possible, we may arrange for your order to be despatched directly from our manufacturer warehouses. If this is the case, your order may be sent via a different courier such as DPD or FedEx however you will still receive tracking information.
Click & Collect:
We also operate a Click & Collect option which means you can pick up your order at your own convenience with no delivery cost at all. Also, our knowledgeable staff will be on hand for any further information you may require and will be happy to help when you pick up your order.
When you place your order online and select the Click & Collect option you will receive an order confirmation via email. You will then receive a further email to confirm when your order is ready for collection. This is normally within 2-4 working days.
We advise that all customers check their products after taking delivery. In the unfortunate event of an item arriving damaged or incomplete we must be notified via email within 5 working days so that this can be logged and rectified at the earliest opportunity. We strongly advise that you do not arrange a fitting date with your electrician before receiving and checking your goods. WT Lighting will not be liable for any electrician costs or other charges if your order arrives later than expected.
