We have a large, 7,000 square foot lighting showroom displayed over 2 floors which is located in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire which is very easily accessible. We are just 10 minutes away from junction 15 of the M6 motorway and just 500 yards off the A50. Our Midlands lighting showroom is also just 10 minutes away from Stoke-on-Trent train station.

Yes, our lighting showroom has its own car park for the use of customers and staff of WT Lighting only. The car park entrance can be found on Warren Street (opposite the showroom) and is enclosed with black fencing and has large signage.

All items that are despatched from our Staffordshire lighting store will be despatched with DHL, Royal Mail or ParcelForce. On occasions orders may be sent directly from our manufacturers. All orders sent will be available to track. Tracking details will be sent via email or SMS once your order has been despatched.

All orders over £70 are eligible for Free standard shipping to UK mainland. Orders that fall below £70 will incur a £7.00 carriage charge. We also offer a next day delivery option at a cost of £10 where delivery will take place on the following working day (Monday - Friday) when order is placed before 1pm. An additional carriage charge may be applicable to non UK mainland addresses i.e. Scottish Highlands.

Yes, you can select the click and collect option at checkout and collect for your order from our store for free. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready to collect.

We sell a selection of double insulated light fittings to suit indoor and outdoor installation. This consists of ceiling lights, wall lights, table and floor lamps. Double insulated or class 2 means that an earth connection is not required which benefits older properties which don’t have an earth connection.

All of our electrical products come with a minimum 12 month warranty, however many products boast larger warranties which will be stated on each product page.

We have a range of exterior lighting products that feature an integrated pir sensor including decorative wall lights and flood lights. Pir sensors pick up on movement and are ideal for installing outside front doors so they illuminate upon arrival and also are ideal for security purposes.

Yes, in-line with the consumer rights act WT Lighting allows customers up to 28 days to return unwanted/incorrectly ordered items. We must be notified of your wish to return any items within 14 days and the products being returned must be received back with us within 14 days of the request being accepted. Bespoke and made to order items are not eligible for return. Please see our returns policy for more information. This can be found at the footer of our website.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express, along with express checkout options such as; Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal. We also offer a finance option via Klarna. We also accept BACS payments and cash can also be used in-store.

Both integrated led light fittings and led light bulbs would vastly reduce your energy consumption and costs as they use just a fraction of energy in comparison to incandescent and halogen lamps. They also boast large life expectancies whilst also being available in several colour temperature options. All of our led light fittings and led light bulbs come with large warranties.

We strongly advise that all electrical goods are installed by a qualified electrician. We always recommend waiting to receive your goods before arranging a fitment date with your electrician. All of our products come complete with instructions.

If you wish to dim an led light bulb you must ensure you purchase a dimmable light bulb and also use a compatible led dimmer switch. If an older and incompatible dimmer switch is used, it may cause your led light bulbs to flicker which may result in smaller life spans. Integrated led fittings must be stated as dimmable if you wish to use a dimmer switch. Also, if the fitting is stated dimmable, an led compatible dimmer must also be used.
