We will normally deliver your order within 2-5 working days. If the product you have requested is in stock at our Staffordshire store and ordered before 12pm it will be available for Next Day Delivery via our reliable carrier service DHL on the next working day at a cost of £10.00
Together with this courier we can provide the following:
- A delivery time slot of 1 hour, notified on the morning of delivery.
- A reliable, fast service.
We aim to give you as much information as possible about the delivery of your order so that you can plan ahead, without worrying about when your parcel will be delivered.
At WT Lighting we attempt to keep good stock levels. However if the product you ordered is not in stock at our Staffordshire shop we may dispatch direct from our suppliers at no extra cost, to ensure you receive the product as quickly as possible. Standard delivery direct from our suppliers will range from 1-6 working days. Guaranteed Next Day Delivery from our suppliers will be possible if ordered before 12.00pm at a cost of £10.00 providing the goods are in stock.
If the item/s you ordered is/are not available or if there is an unavoidable delay, we will notify the customer via email or telephone. It is up to the customer to decide whether to proceed with the order or cancel it and request a refund.
Please note the majority of David Hunt Light products are bespoke and made to order, meaning delivery time can be up to 3 weeks. Please see each individual product page for detailed delivery information.
We offer Free Standard Delivery on orders above £70.00 to UK Mainland.
There is a carriage charge of £7.00 on orders below £70.00 to UK Mainland.
Please note all of our deliveries will need to be signed for.

Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the items received and confirm they are in good condition. If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please check the contents of teh parcel before signing. If you are unable to check the contents at the point of delivery then please sign for the parcel as 'Unchecked'. Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims you make thereafter. We therefore advise all items are checked immediately upon receipt. Claims for unwanted or damaged goods must be made within 7 days of receipt.
COLLECT IN STORE
We also operate a Collect in Store option which combines all the convenience and ease of shopping online, however there is no delivery charge. It is fast and easy and you can choose when to collect your goods. Our knowledgeable staff will be on hand for any further information you may require and will be happy to help when you pick up your order.
When you place your order online and select the Collect in Store option you will receive a receipt of your order. We will then email you to confirm the product/s you have selected are available and ready for collection. Providing the good/s are in stock you can choose when you want to pick up your item/s. If the product/s you have selected are out of stock we will email you an estimated delivery time (normally only a day or two to get the good/s from our suppliers). When we receive your order we will notify you by telephone or email so that you may collect your goods at your convenience.
Please note we recommend you book a qualified electrician after you receive your item/s and not beforehand as we will not be held liable or responsible for charges if they arrive later than expected.
