On occasions we will have to share information such as delivery addresses, contacts email address and telephone numbers and also name to allow customers to receive deliveries direct or if they are placing a bespoke order as there name is used as a reference. The manufacturers who collect this information from us, are responsible for keeping persoanl data and information secure.
When purchasing from our website, in order for your order and payment to be dealt will smoothly, reputable third-party banking companies, Paypal and Sagepay, handle our credit/debit card transactions and order fulfilment. They only receive the vital information required to process your order and take payment. In our showroom we accept cash, and card payments, with our card services being carried out by Barclaycard. We also accept payments over the phone, however we do not store any card details, we only keep contact information such as name and address. We do not store any financial details. We are fully PCI compliant and ensure all organisations are under strict obligation to keep your records and personal information private.
