This website is operated by WT Lighting, with our showroom and business headquarters being located at 150 Uttoxeter Road, Longton, Stoke-On-Trent, Staffordshire, ST3 1PX.
Our terms and conditions is for your general information and use only. Please note our terms and conditions can be changed at any point without notice. Our website contains information, including descriptions and images which are licensed to us and must not be replicated or used without agreement from WT Lighting.

Our website terms are in addition to our privacy policy, which will explain about what information we collect about you, when you use and shop on our website. Please note by using our website it will be assumed that you have read and agree to our privacy policy.
Website Information
www.wtligthing.co.uk is kept as up to date as possible and to our best knowledge information is correct. On occasions stock levels, or certain product details or prices maybe incorrect. We would advise anyone with any queries to contact us prior to purchase if they have any suspicions of an obvious error.
Prices and VAT
All the prices on www.wtlighting.co.uk include VAT.
We aim to ensure all the prices on our website are correct, however occasionally they may be incorrect. If the incorrect price is noticed prior to despatch, we will offer you the chance to reconfirm the order at the correct price or to cancel the order for a refund.
wtlighting.co.uk reserves the right to change prices listed without notice. All orders for products are subject to availability and wtlighting.co.uk reserves the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company.
Back orders
We stock a large range of goods, however unfortunately we cannot hold stock of everything. If the product you have ordered is out of stock we will notify you immediately via email or telephone. You then we will be offered the option of a refund, to put your product on back order and notify you of the available date, or you can choose an alternative product.
Warranty
With the exception of light bulbs, all fittings carry a minimum warranty of 1 year. If the product you have/are purchasing has a larger warranty it will state on the information section of that particular product. The majority of Led Lamps will also carry larger warranties, this can also be found on the product details section on the item in question. Some Dar Lighting, Endon, Thorlight and Saxby Lighting products can have warranties extended by filling out relevant forms online. Details will be included in paperwork of the purchased items. If applying for additional warranty this must be organised at the point of purchase and not at a later date.
Installation
A qualified electrician must install all products supplied. If the product you have purchased is installed incorrectly your warranty will be void and may pose a danger to you and others. We will not accept any liability for any personal damages such as electrocution due to improper installation. Please note we advise all goods are delivered and checked before contacting an electrician, as in the unlikely and unfortunate event that a parcel is delayed or damaged, WT Lighting will in no way be liable for additional costs occurred from Electrician or any other parties.
Product Information
We endeavour to showcase our products in the best possible way, with the best images available to us and the descriptions and measurements provided. Please note finishes may vary from different manufacturers and from different batches. Images are attempted to be taken in the most realistic and best way possible, however unfortunately they can vary slightly and differ in the flesh and in different settings. We are happy to accept returns of items that are not suitable - E.g finish is not as expected, however please note this is the customers responsibility to return the item as stated in our returns policy.
Promotions
WT Lighting has the right to withdraw and promotion or offer at any point without notice. Many of our offers, promotions and discounts are subject to use in designated time periods and unfortunately we can only honour these offers and promotions during these periods listed and not at a later date. When we have sale events or promotions, certain brands will be excluded and often certain products may not be eligible for discount. We will not refund items or the difference on items purchased previously before discounts or sales events started or were available.
Price Match
WT Lighting reserves the right to accept or reject price matches. We will attempt to to price match where possible however we cannot guarantee this even if specific criteria is met.
When requesting a price match the customer must send relevant details and meet the following criteria ;
Provide product name and sku
Provide website sustomer wishes for us to attempt to pricematch
Provide price seen at competitors website
We will only attempt to price match New products which are purchased from a UK retailer, that can be found on our website.
WT Lighting reserves the right to accept or reject any price match even if the above criteria is met.
