We aim to give you as much information as possible about the delivery of your order so that you can plan ahead, without worrying about when your parcel will be delivered.
At WT Lighting we attempt to keep good stock levels. However if the product you ordered is not in stock at our Staffordshire shop we may dispatch direct from our suppliers at no extra cost, to ensure you receive the product as quickly as possible. Standard delivery direct from our suppliers will range from 1-6 working days. Guaranteed Next Day Delivery from our suppliers will be possible if ordered before 12.00pm at a cost of £10.00 providing the goods are in stock.
If the item/s you ordered is/are not available or if there is an unavoidable delay, we will notify the customer via email or telephone. It is up to the customer to decide whether to proceed with the order or cancel it and request a refund.

Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the items received and confirm they are in good condition. If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please check the contents of teh parcel before signing. If you are unable to check the contents at the point of delivery then please sign for the parcel as 'Unchecked'. Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims you make thereafter. We therefore advise all items are checked immediately upon receipt. Claims for unwanted or damaged goods must be made within 7 days of receipt.
COLLECT IN STORE We also operate a Collect in Store option which combines all the convenience and ease of shopping online, however there is no delivery charge. It is fast and easy and you can choose when to collect your goods. Our knowledgeable staff will be on hand for any further information you may require and will be happy to help when you pick up your order.
When you place your order online and select the Collect in Store option you will receive a receipt of your order. We will then email you to confirm the product/s you have selected are available and ready for collection. Providing the good/s are in stock you can choose when you want to pick up your item/s. If the product/s you have selected are out of stock we will email you an estimated delivery time (normally only a day or two to get the good/s from our suppliers). When we receive your order we will notify you by telephone or email so that you may collect your goods at your convenience.
USEFUL ADVICE Please note we recommend you book a qualified electrician after you receive your item/s and not beforehand as we will not be held liable or responsible for charges if they arrive later than expected.

As in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, WT Lighting gives you a cancellation period that starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. The date the goods are delivered will be (recorded by our carriers) and WT Lighting will not take any responsibility for goods returned after this period.
To commence with a return of an order placed online, please fill in the above boxes and fill out the relevant information.
Alternatively, you must notify us via email - email@example.com, or by written letter to WT Lighting, 150 Uttoxeter Road, Longton, Stoke-On-Trent, Staffordshire, ST3 1PX within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note a telephone call is not accepted as this is not logged.
We then offer you 14 days from the day you notify ourselves to return the unwanted goods.
The following conditions apply to all goods purchased.
Customers have a duty of care whilst the goods are in their possession and are responsible for returning all goods they have received in original packaging and with all the components they were delivered with - lightbulbs and screws for example. Goods must not have been installed, or modified and should be in a new condition allowing them to be re-sold at a later date. It is the customer’s responsibility to return unwanted/unsuitable product/s at their cost (we advise tracked delivery).
If you receive a faulty product or have any shortages, you must notify us by email : firstname.lastname@example.org, fax: 01782 5999961, telephone:01782 319743 or writing ( WT Lighting, 150 Uttoxeter Road, Longton, Stoke-On-Trent, Staffordshire, ST3 1PX) within 7 days, clearly notifying the fault with the product you have purchased. We will then arrange for collection of the faulty product and organise for a replacement to be sent. Alternatively if a refund has been requested, the refund will only be applied once the product/s have been received and checked. If the product/s returned are found to be fault free, the customer will be liable to pay carriage charges and in some cases a restocking charge. This may mean a partial refund being processed.
